Wiki 64910 each nerve plus the fascicle??

Doc repaired 2 branches of radial digital nerve, is this 64910 x 2 or 64910 x 1?
CPT 64910 specifies "each nerve", so I am leaning towards 64910 x 1 but doc disagrees, any advice?
