Hello all :)
Wondering if anyone has had any success with getting Medicaid to reimburse nerve repair with synthetic conduit or vein allograft, CPT code 64910?
I am aware that it is not on their fee schedule but was wondering if anyone has had any success with reimbursement after an appeal?
