We have filed a surgery with 64999 and refiled it twice with all the requested documentation only to get it denied stating they need other information? Our Medicare is NGS of Kentucky. Is anyone else having a problem with them or with this issue? When we call we set on hold anywhere from 1 to 2 hours!

Maybe they feel it doesn't support it? What are you using the unlisted code for? Maybe there is a code for it?
