Wiki 65780 & 65400

Our Dr removed a corneal carcinoma & applied an amniotic membrane. Were coming up with 65780 & 65400 but this is bundled. I was thinking we could unbundle as removal of tumor seems more extensive than whats written in 65780. Any thoughts?
