67028 bundles?

Hello, experiencing a couple of denials from a specific payer. Can the payment for 67028 be bundled with the J-code/medication? They're denying 67028 and insisting that payment is already included in the J-code. We've never had this issue before, only now in 2026. Any advice/thoughts?
