can we charge for plugs 6871 within golobal with dry eyes dx 370.33 375.10?
 
What global are they in? If the plugs are needed to further correct a condition that the surgery/procedure didnt fix, I would bill it with 58 on it.
 
I would like to know how to find out the global for any procdure, if you know please let me know or can point me in the right direction.
