WE SUBMITTED A CLAIM WITH 69205 RT AND 92502 LT INSURANCE DENIED THE 92502, ENCODER SAYS THAT A MODIFIER CAN OVER RIDE THE RELATIONSHIP BUT IF THE 92502 WAS DONE TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS A FB IN THE LT EAR THAT SHOULDNT BE CHARGED CORRECT?

this is not my area of expertise, but I would agree, that the 92502 is, likely included in the 69205.

but, regarding the modifiers, RT and LT are laterality modifiers, not unbundling modifiers.
I am sure someone will jump in, but if you are allowed to bill these together, I think they are probably looking for a -59 modifier.
