i have a Dr who used steri strips to repair a perf on the TM, they are billing 69620 with 69424, i feel the removal is include in same ear of tube is included and 69610 is the correct cpt
69620 states -A fat graft plug may be placed in the perforation or a piece of fascia may be placed medial to the eardrum over the dissolvable packing. A tympanomeatal flap may be raised. Any incisions are sutured and a dressing is applied.
