Wiki 72100 and 72110 proper to bill together

I am reviewing a bill and trying to determine if it is proper to bill 72100 and 72110 together. Please advised
 
NCCI shows that 72100 bundles to 72110 but it can by bypassed with a modifier, if warranted. The only situation I can think of where it might be appropriate to bill both would be if the patient returned for a second set of images on the same day for a medically necessary reason.
