I was wondering if anyone can tell me what modifier to use with CPT 73502. I am in a provider, off campus facility. I am billing a 99214,25 and 73502 TC,FY and I keep getting modifier required local-72. I have tried lt and rt and from my understanding you don't have to use either of these because of the change in the cpt code. I have also put a 59 on 73502 trying to get it to go out.
