I feel as if this is a stupid question but need help as I am new to coding radiology - the above code states that it is 2 views but the report that I am coding states that they did 4 views. I take it that I am to code it twice as there is only one radiologic exam, tib/fib code, correct? Thank you.

I have pretty much the same question. If MORE than 2 views are taken of the tibia & fibula (in my case they are taking 3 views), how should this be coded? CPT 73590 includes only "2 views". Any radiology experts out there?

Thanks,
Mary K
