Doc indicates that he did the retrograde pyelogram bilaterally. Per the AUA-50 is not to be used with Medicare-Situationally-RT AND LT with the 26 modifier as well. Have the Medicare rules changed? Never had a problem in the past getting this paid with the break down. New to this office and was told that they never bill this bilaterally.
