Hi. One of my providers ordered a CT Heart Calcium Scoring (CPT code 75571). However, none of the ICD10 codes provided seem to pass using our ABN checker software, Craneware. Can anyone suggest a ICD 10 code that will likely pass so our patient does not need to pay out of pocket? Here is the list of ICD 10 codes I've tried but have failed. R93.1; I25.84, I25.7; I25.81; I25.82; Z77.22; Z87.891; Z57.31; Z72.0; I25.2; E11.51; E11.59; 125.10. I even tried combinations like E11.69 & I25.10 OR E11.9 & I25.10. All failed ABN checker. Help!!
