Does anyone know if you can report cpt code 75658 with 37205. If so, what are the guidelines so I can refer to them in the future?
 
What exactly are you needing? I've never used 75658 with peripheral stent 37205. If you're looking for the S&I for stent placement, then that would be: 75960; bill 37205 with 75960-26.
