Wiki 76 or 77 for EKG Reads

I have 3 EKGs on the same day, the first one was read by Dr. A and the next two were read by Dr. B, for the third EKG do I use a 77 based off of Dr. A reading the initial EKG or do I go off of Dr. B who read the second EKG of the day. (Dr. B read both the second and third EKG).

I suggest that bill without modifier to first EKG read by Dr. A and bill second one with modifier 77 and third one with modifier 76 read by Dr.B.
