Op states ..."Final x-rays were obtained intraoperatively with fluoroscopy. This was asn A P mortis and lateral view of the ankle. This demonstrated satisfactory alignment of the fracture, hardware. These images were saved in our PAC system."

I was ready to code this as 76000 TC (ASC billing) but the doctors office wants us to bill it as 73620 TC. I don't feel this describes true xray films being taken.

Does anyone have a take on this?
