Does anyone have any documentation that clarifies whether you can bill 76376 & 76377 with CT's? In Ingenix, under 76376 MRA's are excluded, but not listed are the CT's; however if you look at the CT's, 76376 & 76377 are excluded from them. In PMIC, the CT's do not have 76376 & 76377 excluded. Help!
 
76376 & 76377 are billable with CT's as long as they are documented properly. Most times physicians will say multiple reconstruction, or sagital & coronal reconstruction, which is not 3D.
