Would you consider this a complete 76801? Why or why not? I am mainly concerned about the failure to give qualitative assessments of the amniotic fluid.

Indication: Positive pregnancy test with bleeding and cramping.

Technique: Real-time grayscale and Doppler images were obtained of the uterus and adnexal regions transabdominally and endovaginally.

Comparison: None.

Findings:

The uterus measures 8.3 x 7.0 x 5.2 cm. There is an intrauterine gestational sac, with a yolk sac and fetal pole. There is a crown-rump length of 1.2 cm, corresponding with an estimated gestational age of 7 weeks 3 days. There is suggestion of a small amount of perigestational hemorrhage along the inferior margin of the gestational sac measuring 1.5 x 0.2 cm (image 32). There is a fetal heart rate of 153 bpm. The ovaries are obscured by overlying bowel gas. No significant free fluid in the cul-de-sac. A quantitative beta hCG was not provided.

Impression:

1. Single live intrauterine pregnancy, with an estimate gestational age of 7 weeks 3 days.

2. 1.5 x 0.2 cm perigestational hemorrhage. Clinical follow-up is recommended.

3. Both ovaries are secured by overlying bowel gas. No free fluid in the pelvis.
