We have a patient who has a hx of sponatanous AB, she took home preg test, positive, the dr has seen her 3 times following her bw and has done 2 u/s due to her past hx, 1st u/s shows sac but no viability , second one shows viability, what cpt codes should we use for the u/s and at what point should the dr have started the confirmation of pregnancy?
