Wiki 77331

I have a client that bills out 77331 multiple times. Wondering if I should use 51 or 76 to get claim paid the first time. What happens is that all payers pay for one and then deny the others for duplicate procedures. Any ideas?

When I have more than one 77331 on same date of service, we bill as one line item x the quantity (ex. 77331 x 2 units)

Not sure how you receive your information to bill, so I don't know if this helps.

77331 multiple units denied

One of our payers is denying multiple units of 77331 indicating that we can only bill one unit per day. Has anyone had this problem?
