77338 bundling

Our office keeps getting denials for 77338 stating it bundles to 77418 per CCI edits. But, I have looked at the CCI as well as CMS guidelines and LCd and NCD and I cannot find anything anywhere stating these are bundled charges. We are attaching mod 59, but this does not seem to help at all.

Is anyone having this problem??
 
there is a cci edit on this but it allows a modifier on the 77338. i've gotten denials as included in another service but have resubmitted with a 59 and gotten paid.
