Good afternoon,

I am trying to figure if i need to report an interpretation code with 78451? (this is for professional side only)

I know when 78452 is done you add 93016 and 93018 to indicate supervision and interpretation for stress, but what i am trying to figure out is if a rest study is done with out any stress and 78451 is reported, then what would i code for the supervision and interpretation portion.


any guidance will help :)
