In our office we are billing panels 80076 and 80048 on same claim. Should we be billing as 80053? In other words does 80076 plus 80048 = 80053? Our hangup is that 80053 does not include the Direct Bilirubin (82248). Please help! Confusion reigns!

Yes, bill 80053 and 82248 (since it is not included in the bundle).
