IN Medicaid is not paying more than 3 units for cpt 80101. We are billing for 12 units.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

80101 issues

Indiana Medicaid stopped paying for this code Jan 1 2015 but paid for up to 13 U thru Dec 31 2014 You must use the -QW91 modifier and V58.69 or comparable V code depending upon your primary dx
