Wiki 80101 vs 80104-I work with

I work with a national lab that performs drug screens, exclusively. There is a current question regarding the use of 80101 or 80104. My contention is this, if using a kit (per 2012 cpt manual) you must use 80104 with a unit of 1. If you are using individual dips for each class etc, you should use 80101 with multiple units. Many practices think that 80101 has been deleted. It has not. Thoughts?

Of course the lab is remaining neutral.
