Hi everyone

Can someone clarify 82270? My doctors want to bill it for screening when they do the test in the office durning an exam. Is this code strictly used when the patients are given the card for single or triple collection on there own? If so, is there a code they should be using for a screening guiace (beside the g code for medicare) or part of visit?
