Hello,

I have a denial for 84450 being included with 84460. In the CPT book, 84460 descpription is indented; does this mean I should only be billing the 84460? or should I put a modifier 59 on one of the CPT's because they are seperate tests?

I really wish someone would answer this question. Or if the person who asked in the first place found the answer, would you mind posting it? I keep getting denials for bundling from, of course, BCBS. I can't find anything on the web regarding this issue. Help?!
