Hi, our billing office is having several Medicare denials for our Prothrombin Time CPT 85610 QW claims. Our CLIA information is active and valid. Has anyone encountered multiple denials for this type of coding? We are billing CPT 99211 and 85610 QW.

Any advice/information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Can you please share the exact denial from Medicare?
