Wiki 86001 can it be reimbursed?

Hello, anyone have any knowledge if Allergen Specific Igg lab test is reimbursed. I believe it's 86001 the physician used but all I could find is that this is not a covered procedure. Are there any dx codes that justify reimbursement? Thx in advance.

Let us please confirm that 86001 was actually billed first. If it was indeed the CPT code - I did some digging - I see you are with the Tucson Cactus Coders and that brought me to Arizona, and it was coverable however it is "never" coverable in New Mexico, so I pulled up the policy and attached it for you to review.
