Prior to our patients' receiving Carboplatin as part of their chemotherapy, we do a small skin test (Intradermal injection) to see if the patient will have a negative reaction or not. We would like to charge for this "admin," but are not sure if 86486 (Skin Test, unlisted antigen) will include chemotherapy as the drug used. Any help? :confused:
