I have a question concerning 86780-T Pallidum Igg & Igm, if a 86780 (Igm) is ran with abnormal results then another ran with testing of Igg & Igm would it be charged as 86780 x 3?

Hi, I have a similar question. If this test is performed to identify immunoglobulins IgG and IgM, would we code this 86780 x2?
As I'm reading information, it seems this code is per antibody but I'm not finding confirmation.
