Hi,
I billed NYS Medicaid for 87804 and was denied saying that my provider type may not bill for this service. I explained that she is a pediatrician and that it is a CLIA waived test. She said no only freestanding labs, ambulatory or hospital based physcians can get paid for this. Did this happen to anyone else?
