hello, i have claims getting denied due to bundling between 87636 and 87804 for covid testing. I would like to know what is the correct modifier to unbundle them. thank you
 
87636 is a combination test for COVID and flu A & B. 87804, even though it's slightly different ("by direct observation") is probably getting denied as a duplicate service. Why are you looking to unbundle/bill two separate codes?
