Is there any office out there that is performing CPT 88184 & 88185 in the office and also sending out to a reference lab?

I have some questions and was hoping I could get some answers. Please send me message.

Any and all help greatly appreciated :confused::)
 
Hey here in our office we are sending those lab to the hospital and they are running the tests but we are responsible for the billing the insurance company for reimbursement but with my carrier which is BCBS I just send them inquiries stating that they are not duplicate codes that we are billing but that they actually ran that test that many time and they usually go back and pay them. The other carrier such as United HealthCare they are paying those labs when we submit them with modifier 91 and they are going back and paying. I hope this can help you if this the same or similar situation you are having. One other thing is we pay hospital for running test and therefore we submit to insurance to get reimbursement from them.
