not familiar with pathlogy coding. My payor friend asking if these code 88274, 88291, 88271 can be done from urine sample??? Patient says it was only urine tests but
received bill from lab for these. We checked code book & seached w/google. It is little
confusing. Sorry, such a naive question

88291 is usually not done on urine, not sure on the other 2
