Wiki 88291 and AETNA

Has anyone had any luck getting the 88291 paid by AETNA when billed on same DOS as a flow (88187-88189). they keep saying they are related but in fact the 88291 is for interp of a genetic test, while the flow is a flow...two separate test....any ideas or suggestions???
