Afternoon all!

I need some help with what I should expect to see in medical records when either CPT 89050 OR 89051 is billed with 89060.

If a medical record states: "Left knee: 8700 white blood cells and no crystals" is that suffice enough to bill 89051 AND 89060?
If it isn't, what else would I be looking for the documentation to reflect?

Would I not expect to see any notation of the wbc's if code 89050 was done instead of 89051?
