Hi Everyone,

Can someone please clarify for me:


Does the 90-day 'bundled' rule apply to all post-op patients, and all payers? if I am manging nutrition or immunosuppression, can I still bill 99232 or 3, provided I use the modifier 24?
 
Post op Bundle is for surgeon

The post-op (and pre-op) bundle or global period applies only to the surgeon performing the surgery. All other provider services (assuming of a different practice and/or different specialty) and NOT covered by the surgical global package.

It is applied by all payors.
