Anyone knows why 1199 insurance is denying CPT code 90471? Its an admin code for all vaccine.
 
I'm having this same issue! We were thinking that maybe they want a -59 on the 90471? Although in many cases, that doesn't make sense since the pt isn't having any other injects done on the same dos.

I've been scratching my head since yesterday.
