Are you sure you are using the correct code? Which meningococcal vaccine do you administer? We give both Bexsero, 90620 and Menactra, 90734 in our clinic.

I was only asking since both 90619 & 90734 both have Meningococcal conjugate vaccine, serogroups A, C, W, Y in their description.
90619 Meningococcal conjugate vaccine, serogroups A, C, W, Y, quadrivalent, tetanus toxoid carrier (MenACWY-TT), for intramuscular use
90734 Meningococcal conjugate vaccine, serogroups A, C, W, Y, quadrivalent, diphtheria toxoid carrier (MenACWY-D) or CRM197 carrier (MenACWY-CRM), for intramuscular use
Are you getting this denial from more than one insurance payer? If it is just one payer I would suggest reaching out to them. I looked at a few of our major payer websites and they indicate that 90619 is a covered vaccine.
