Wiki 90801 and initial inpt 99223 same day

This is a little confusing but maybe someone can help me out. I have a group of physicians
that have Psych doc's and MD's. The Psych doc evaluates the patient from the neck up and
codes for 90801. Then the MD comes around and evaluates the patient for any other health
problems and codes for the initial inpatient visit. This is the same group of physicians....
can they code for the 90801 and 99223 on the same day?
