Can anyone tell me where I can find documentation stating that you canonly bill code 90808 once with one unit even if the provider spent more then 80 minutes with the patient?

there is nothing in this code that allows for the possibility of more than one unit, it maxes out at 80 minutes. if you have evaluation and management as well as the counseling the you can bill the 90809 with a 99354 as long as total time is a minimum of 110 minutes.
