Wiki 90837 and 90846 Billed Same Day Same Provider

I have a question, so I have billed 90837 and 90846 on the same day, same provider, and it is covered,
but I billed a 90837-95,59 telehealth, and 90846-95 telehealth, and it was denied for-modifier not appropriately billed.
Is that because 59 is before the 95?

The payments modifier goes before informational, so it would be 95 then 59. The catch is that you put them on the wrong CPT. Try applying it to 90846 instead, as 90837 is considered the primary service.

Note: Not all payers cover both on the same day of service, so be sure to check the payer's guidelines as well. Hope your issue was resolved
