Hello,

Can a non-mental health provider like a physician bill for CPT code 90862. If someone can give me this information ASAP, I would appreciate it.

Good Morning,

This was just discussed in a auditing class I took. No only a MD/DO can charge for this code because it is for pharmacologic management and CSM's and nurses can not prescribe prescritioon medications.
