Is anyone having issues with insurance companies paying for the reading of urea breath tests? We are getting denials from UPMC stating there is a better code to bill for the reading. I THINK they are confusing 78267 (used for a Helicobater Pylori breath test) with the 91065. I am interested to hear if anyone else is having this problem. Thanks in advance!
