I believe that you cannot bill these two codes together, correct? Also, we are an urgent care, therefore, I do not believe we should ever bill the 92002 codes, is this correct? Finally, in order to bill the 92002 code, one must utilize a slit lamp?

If someone could shed light, I would appreciate it.
