Hello!
Does anybody out there know if it is alright to code the use of the operating microscope (69990) along with 92502 (exam under anesthesia)?

Are you sure?

I cannot immagine a scenario where an operating microscope (used for techniques requiring microsurgery) would be used for an exam under anesthesia.

If they used loupe magnification that is NOT the same as using an operating microscope.

Can you post the note?
