Wiki 92633 and Telehealth

I have a speech language pathologist that performs telehealth visits for cpt code 92633 - auditory rehabilitation, post-lingual hearing loss. Up until mid-May of this year we have not had any issues with reimbursement. Since mid-May, every single telehealth claim that I have submitted for 92633 has been denied for "incorrect modifier combination". I had been using the modifiers GN and 95 but once the denials started flowing in, I changed to GN and GT. That change has not made a difference as I continue to get denials. I have confirmed that there is no exclusion of telehealth for code 92633 on any of the policies for the affected patients. Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Your feedback is GREATLY appreciated!
