Wiki 92891 and 92892 - Deleted Codes??

I was just informed that Tri-Care is using 92891 and 92892 for PHP services yet these codes ARE NOT in the CPT. Were these codes deleted at one time - if so, when????

And what does PHP stand for? Perhaps there is a typo in the system somewhere?
