If a provider does an intervention at the PL/PDA bifurcation can that qualify for 92930? I think I may be hesitant to use code because the code description states angioplasty and/or stenting in both the main artery and the side branch. I have a bifurcation that was treated but it was 2 branches of the circumflex and not the main artery and a side branch or am I overthinking it?
